THE MIRABELLA OF ALSACE
A TRADITION WHICH GIVES A IGP
Harvested and transformed by the Heguenauer house, mirabelles are a tradition that has led to a classification in PGI in neighboring Lorraine. They are also used for the famous brandy that bears the name of the fruit. Here we propose jam, which as always with our producer Bergheim calls us to gluttony both by the texture and the flavor of this nectar prepared with 50g of fruit per 100g of jam.
MIRABELLE IN YOUR DESSERTS
Rich in vitamin E, the fruit is an ally for vision and skin. Rich in trace elements and low caloric, you use it in pastry but also in accompaniment of a fresh white cheese, a delicacy that will not fail to seduce you.
